我是重新装了以后还是没好，用下面的方法就解决了。
解决方法：修改为IE为默认浏览器的注册表键值, 就可以在iis里面用IE浏览了, 将下面的内容保存为一个扩展名为.reg 的文件, 打开这个.reg文件! 双击注册就可以了!!
从下面开始复制哦。
