打开VS2012 x64 Native Tools Command Prompt
然后运行下面的命令：
nmake -f makefile.vc WIN64=TRUE
等待吧，成功。之前不成功是没有注意看文档，http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/BuildingOnWindows
里面写着：
If you plan to compile for the 64bit platform be sure to choose the correct bat / command prompt.
WIN64: Enable this if compiling for the 64 bit platform. You also need to use the correct Visual C++ compiler and set the environment properly.
